Following order was passed in the matter on 22.03.2025:-
“During hearing of the case, it was noticed that instant petition preferred under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, assails the award passed by the learned Arbitrator under the provisions of MSMED Act, 2006. Admittedly, provisions of Section 19 of the MSMED Act, 2006 have not been complied with by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will deposit the amount in terms of Section 19 of the MSMED Act within two weeks.
At his request, list immediately after two weeks.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the written instructions of the petitioners dated

2 04.04.2025, he is under instructions to withdraw the present objection petition instituted under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Without venturing into the merits of the matter, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as sought for by learned counsel for the petitioners. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
