Challenge in the present petition is to the revised result dated 28.05.2025 of ESP Candidates of Group-‘D’ under ESP-General Category against Advt. No.04/2018. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that he would be satisfied, in case, the said respondent(s) are directed to consider claim of the petitioner by passing a well reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to complete instructions and file response, if necessary. He, however, does not have any objection to the above request. 5. With the consent of the parties, the present petition is accordingly disposed of without commenting on the merits of the present MANGAL SINGH 2025.07.08 19:51 I am the author of this document 2 125 CWP-18265-2025 (O&M) case and with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General of Sports & Youth Affairs, Haryana, to send the verification report(s) of the sports gradation certificate of the petitioner to respondent No.4-the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Upon receipt of the said verification report, respondent No.4-the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, shall decide the claim of the petitioner by treating the present writ petition as a representation expeditiously and preferably within a period of 02 months thereafter and make the recommendations accordingly and on receipt of recommendations, the concerned authority shall take appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 02 month thereafter.
