This is a petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of order dated 20.11.2023 vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in case arising out of FIR No.0033 dated 14.02.2019 under Sections 452, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2. Vide order dated 07.07.2025, the petitioner was directed to join the proceedings before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khanna, District Ludhiana, within four weeks and on doing so, to be released on interim bail, subject to the condition of furnishing requisite bail/surety bonds. 3. Learned State Counsel has filed reply to the petition. The same be taken on record.
