Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners may approach the CJM concerned under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for monitoring of the investigation and recovery of the victim. With the aforesaid direction, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
