The counsel for the appellant is absent. 2. This matter is of the year 2022. On 21.11.2022, the matter was listed before the Registrar and the counsel for the appellant was absent and granted time of three weeks to comply with the office objections. The matter was again listed before the Registrar on 16.11.2023 and on the said day also, the counsel for the appellant was absent and it is noted that inspite of the order dated 21.11.2022 to post the matter after three weeks, the office has failed to post the matter and inspite of lapse of more than eleven months, the counsel for the appellant has not complied the office objections and directed the registry to post the matter before the Court.
