Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-2), within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Sub Divisonal Magistrate, Dhuri, District Sangrur to look into the representation dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks by passing a speaking order.
