JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 30.07.2025 1. Heard Mr. M. H. Rajbarbhuiyan, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. F. U. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for all the respondents. 2. This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Page No.# 3/3 challenging the order dated 26.11.2021, passed in Misc. Appeal No.10/2017, arising out of Title Suit No.193/2016, pending in the Court of the Munsiff No.2, Karimganj. 3. The respondents being the plaintiff before the Trial Court got an ex parte injunction, the present petitioners being the defendant before the Trial Court filed an Appeal being Misc. Appeal No.10/2017, the Appeal was dismissed. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides. 5. The Title Suit No.193/2016 is in the last stage of disposal, therefore without making any commence on the merit of the present petitioners, this Court is hereby directs that both sides shall maintain the status quo as on today in respect of the suit property till disposal of the Title Suit No.193/2016. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the Revision Petition is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
