By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing to respondent No. 3 to consider the case of petitioner for promotion on the post of Irrigation Supervisor in the department after prepared the fresh seniority list. ii. to issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate order or taking any decision over petitioner application dated 21.10.2024." 2. Learned Standing does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner dated 21.10.2024 is directed to be decided by respondent No. 3, provided of course, reasonable opportunity of hearing is afforded to all the parties. 3. In such above view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of petition within a period of three months from the production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to respondent No.4 and by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
