The petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 02.06.2025. Learned Standing Counsel for State submits that charge-sheet has been prepared and it will be served within two days upon the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner on basis of aforesaid submission submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction that disciplinary proceedings be concluding in a time bound manner with the co-operation of petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for State on basis of instruction submits that with the co-operation of petitioner, disciplinary proceedings will be concluded preferably within period of three months. In the aforesaid circumstances, without interfering within impugned order and taking note of above referred submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that disciplinary proceedings will be concluded properly within three months.It is further directed that petitioner will co- operated during proceedings.
