Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. It seems that the petitioner possesses qualiication of M.A. B.Ed. and belongs to NT-C category. After conduct of due selection process, the petitioner came to be appointed on 15th June 2017 on the post of Shikshan Sevak at respondent No.6 – College. Mr. Bhavake, learned counsel would submit that together with all the necessary documents, the school management submitted the proposal to the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur on 15th December Uday S. Mr. Bhavake, learned counsel would submit that since after submission of the proposal, there is neither any response from the said authority nor the approval is issued. In view of this, he seeks directions to the concerned authority to decide the proposal submitted for approval of his appointment. 3. Heard Mr. Naik, learned AGP appearing for the respondent – State. 4. Considering the nature of prayers made by Mr. Bhavake, learned counsel for the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition on the following directions. 5. The petitioner as also the school management may submit a comprehensive representation / claim proposal to the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur for seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Shikshan Sevak in the respondent No.6 – College. 6. The petitioner and the school management may ile such comprehensive representation / claim proposal within 4 weeks from Uday S. Jagtap 2 of 3 20-6997-2024-CWP=.doc today. The Deputy Director of Education shall decide such representation within 8 weeks thereafter on its own merits and considering the law prevailing in the ield. 7. Needless to mention that if the Deputy Director of Education inds deiciencies / queries while considering the proposal, he would call upon the petitioner as also the school management to clarify or to resolve such queries. In any case, the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the proposal within 8 weeks from the date of its receipt as observed above. 8. In case the authority i.e. the Deputy Director of Education approves the appointment of the petitioner, the respondent No.2 shall include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth system as also shall issue Shalarth ID to the petitioner and the respondent authority shall accordingly issue the salary to the petitioner. 9.
