Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.254 of 2024, under Sections 307, 504, 34 IPC, Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused.

This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1300 of 2024, was rejected on
10.03.2025.

It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the injured and the informant, both have not supported the prosecution case; they have been declared hostile; there is no material evidence in the case.

This fact is not denied by learned State Counsel.

Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

The bail application is allowed.

Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
