The prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is to restrain the respondents from dislodging/dismissing her as Chowkidar Village Guard of village Zangam without following due course of law and further for payment of monthly wages. 02. Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Sr. AAG submits that if the petitioner is found working with the respondents, she shall not be removed as Chowkidar Village Guard of the concerned village without following due course of law, if her removal is required. He further submits that she shall be paid wages, if she has worked with the respondents. 03. In view of above, the present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
