Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus Commanding the respondents particularly respondent no.4 to demarcate the petitioner's land in compliance of the order dated 21.06.1989 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No.79 of 1989 under under section 41 L.R. Act and order dated 26.03.2025 passed by respondent no.2 within time bound period." From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it transpires that petitioner wants to get the order passed on 21.06.1989 to be complied with. No such mandamus can be issued under Article 226 of the Constitution of India after 36 years of passing of the order. Writ petition is misconceived and the same stands dismissed.
