Case No. 46 of 2023, learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum- Special Judge, Madhubani by which he has pleased to take cognizance against the appellants for offence under Section 341, 323, 504 of Indian Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4333 of 2024(4) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 Penal Code and Section 3(i)(r)(s) of S.C. & S.F. Act in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 153 of 2022, dated 31.07.2022, corresponding to G.R. No. 90 of 2022, registered for offence under section 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i) (r)(s)(w), 3(2)(va) of S.C. & S.T. Act, in spite of police submitted final form against the appellants. I.A. No. 01 of 2024 3. In view of the statement made in the paragraphs nos. 3 to 5 of the petition and there is no opposition from the other side, the Interlocutory Application is allowed. 4.
