Mr. Amandeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 & 3, respectively. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Junior Technical Officer in HRTC Keylong Unit, Keylong, District Lahaul & Spiti H.P. His case is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid hard/tribal area, he has preferred a representation dated 16.12.2024 (Annexure P-6) to respondent-corporation seeking his transfer to a soft area, however, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondent-corporation. 3. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
