It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that this Court has directed the applicant to report to Neral Police Station, District: Raigad once in 15 days till 31st March 2026 and thereafter, once in a month i.e. on 1st Sunday till the conclusion of the trial. Now the applicant has shifted to Shirala. Hence, the applicant is ready to attend Shirala Police Station instead of Neral Police Station.
