1. The instant writ petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents particularly respondent nos. 4 and 5 to rectify the dual jamabandi from online Jhar Bhumi Portal in the light of the final order passed by the Circle Officer, Namkom in Misc. Case No. 08 of 2018- 19 for the land appertaining to Khata No. 04, Plot No. 752, Rakba 3.84 acres, Mouza Chandaghasi under Thana No. 300.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in nutshell is that the jamabandi was running in his name and a dual jamabandi was opened with respect to the same in the name of Dinanath Mahto. The petitioner claims the property having been purchased in the name of his grandmother and

was duly mutated in Mutation Case No. 3129R 27/ 2010-11 and 294R 27/1998-99.
3. After disposal of the misc. case, the petitioner has made several representations without success. On the application of the petitioner, an enquiry was also initiated by the Circle Officer, Namkom.
4. It appears that the representation of the petitioner of the petition dated 01.09.2022 post-disposal of his misc. case has not been disposed of by the Circle Officer, Namkom till date.
5. Under the circumstance, respondent no. 5- Circle Officer, Namkom is
directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
