The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 4448 of 2023, (Ravindra Kumar Sharma Vs. Pankaj Sharma and another), under Section 500 of I.P.C., Police Station- Badalpur, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 02.12.2024, pending in the Court of First Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that number of complaint case is wrongly mentioned in whole petition, which is incorrect. Correct Case No. 4438 of 2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application with liberty to file a fresh application. 6. The present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 7. The certified copy of the summoning order may be returned back to learned counsel for the applicants by retaining photostat copy of the same on record.
