WRIT PETITION No. - 15036 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mohammad Imran Respondent :- The State Of Uttar Pradesh And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Aushim Luthra,Utkarshni Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. Hon'ble Sandeep Jain,J. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. for the State-respondents. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 12.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0211 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 352 and 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Mauaima, District Prayagraj. It has been stated in the petition that the aforesaid First Information Report has been lodged with the mala fide reasons as the complainant was angry with the petitioner/accused because the mother of the petitioner had registered different complaints against the mother of the complainant as well as against the complainant. It has been further brought to the notice of the Court that the complainant himself has a criminal history and previously cases under Section 307 and also other offences under the I.P.C had been registered against him. It has been argued by the counsel for the petitioner that from the recitals made in the F.I.R. itself, the recitals are false and no offence is made out. The AGA representing the respondents has opposed the petition. In the circumstances of the case and after considering the rival arguments of the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 12.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0211 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 352 and 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Mauaima, District Prayagraj till submission of
