Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:114417 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 9640 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dr. Lalitesh Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kaushal Kishore Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Instruction placed today is taken on record. 2. Sri K.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order of transfer dated 15.06.2025 under which she has been transferred from Ghaziabad to Agra. 4. It is contended that her name appears at Serial No.61 of the transfer order. He has further argued that since the husband of the petitioner is posted in New Delhi, the request of the petitioner was to post her to any district in New Delhi or near to New Delhi. 5. It is contended by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has already remained posted for the last eight years in district Ghaziabad and in division for the last 15 years and it was a fully mature case to be considered for transfer. 6. In view of the above, this Court does not consider it appropriate to interfere in the transfer order more especially when it is in administrative exigency or public interest. 7. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation before the competent authority on 17.06.2025 which may be directed to be considered in accordance with law. 8. Learned Standing Counsel has not objection to the above request. 9. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 17.06.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
