The details of the legal heirs are given in Paragraph-2 of the application. The application is within time. Since the right to sue inheres/survives with the aforesaid legal heirs of deceased sole respondent, therefore, they are ordered to be brought on record as respondents No.1(i) to 1(iii). The application stands disposed of. Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of two weeks.
