Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section - 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed with the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the concerned police to conduct the further and fair investigation in Case Crime no. 125 of 2025, under section 74, 65(2), 351(3), 333, 137(2) B.N.S. & Section 5L/6 POCSO Act & Section 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and filed the charge sheet in appropriate sections in accordance with law." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicant may be permitted to move an application before the court concerned for further investigation in the aforesaid case and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the said application expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Court / Magistrate concerned for further Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ashish Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Monika .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Opposite Party(s) investigation in the aforesaid case, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
