Heard learned counsel for the petitioner & learned Standing Counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate/Appellate Authority, Hathras to decide the Second Appeal dated 17.03.2025 filed under Section 6(3) of the Janahit Gurantee Act, 2011 expeditiously. 3. It is argued that the aforesaid appeal is pending before respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate/Appellate Authority, Hathras to decide the aforesaid Second Appeal most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
