JUDGMENT
In this writ petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeking following reliefs: i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondents 1 to 3 to a speedy investigation in the matter functioning and the grave irregularities committed by the officials in the Aluva Branch-II of the Kerala State Financial Enterprises; ii) Call for records leading to Ext.P7 and quash Exts.P3 to P7 by a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate, writ direction or order. iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondents 4 and 5 not to proceed ahead with Ext.P3 to P7 in any manner. iv) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 3rd respondent to act expeditiously on Ext.P13, register crime and proceed in accordance with the law forthwith;

Today, when this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the contentions
