Vikas Vishwakarma) arising out of Case Crime No. 07 of 2020, under Sections 354-Ka, 323, 504, 506 of IPC and Section 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, Police Station- Meerganj, District-Jaunpur. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
