However, under instructions, learned advocate Ms. Jethva states that in view of the fact that the representation dated 26.9.2025 made by the petitioner to the newly joined respondent No.4 is pending, the respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law as early as possible. 3. In view of the above innocuous request as well as in view of the request made by learned advocate Ms. Jethva, under instructions, to withdraw the present petition with a view to seek direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26.9.2025, permission to withdraw the present petition is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The respondent No.4 is directed to decide the pending representation dated 26.9.2025 of the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ and/or certiHed copy of this order, whichever is earlier.
