The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorites to transfer the petitioner nos.1 to 18 from district Hardoi to district Sambhal and petitioner nos.19 to 32 from district Sitapur to district Sambhal, in pursuance of the application moved by them through online against the vacant post, which has already shown vacancy for incoming in the district Sambhal. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents Board to consider the application of the petitioners for Inter- District Transfer, against the vacant post of the Assistant Teacher in Primary School and Upper Primary School, as notified incoming vacany to the district Sambhal." Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that she has no objection, in case, fresh representations are moved by the petitioners individually before the authorities concerned for redressal of their grievances, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case set up on behalf of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of by providing that petitioners may make fresh applications/representations, individually, ventilating all their grievances, supported by such documents, as may be advised, before the respondent no.3 Secretary, Basic Education Board, U.P., Prayagraj, within three weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, respondent no.3 shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
