Petitioner’s only grievance is that his representation dated 05.01.2025 seeking inter district transfer under 5% quota made available under notification dated 20.11.2021 has not been considered by respondent No.2/competent authority, in accordance with law. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Taking into consideration the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy as well as notification dated 20.11.2021, within a period of six weeks from today.
