1. By this application, applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 403 of 2025 registered with Solapur Taluka Police Station, District Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22 (B), 29 of The Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. It is the prosecution’s case that on 6th August 2025, on secret information, police intercepted one car. In the search of said car, police found 18 Gram mephedrone. The applicant was one of the occupant of the said car.
3. It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that other three persons apprehended by the police from the incident spot are Iresh IRESH MASHAL Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date: 2025.12.05 15:36:39 +0530
7-BA-3495-2025 (CR).DOC released on bail. The quantity of seizzed mephedrone is intermediate. Applicant is behind bar for more than two months. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed. The applicant is entitled for bail on principle of parity. Hence, requested to allow the application.
4. It is contention of learned APP that the applicant is the main culprit. He was found alongwith mephedrone. Parity will not be applicable to the applicant and requested to reject the application.
5. I have heard both learned counsels, perused F.I.R. and documents produced on record. The police have arrested the applicant and co-accused from the car with 18 Gram mephedrone. The other co-accused have been released on bail. The quantity of seized mephedrone is intermediate.
6. Considering these facts, the applicant is entitled to bail on principle of parity and I pass following order:
O R D E R I. The Application is allowed. II. The Applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 403 of 2025 registered with Solapur Taluka Police Station, District Solapur on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or Iresh

IV. The Applicant shall attend the Trial Court dates, regularly. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly
disposed off.
7. It is made clear that the above observations are made only for the purpose of granting bail and the Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in this order.
