The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 to 6 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge her duties as Village Organization Assistant (VOA) of 7th respondent Society, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was re-elected as VOA of the 7th respondent Society as per the resolution dated 28.01.2025. 2 4. Learned standing counsel on instructions would submit that the members of 7th respondent Society elected one Uram Matrusri, as VOA by removing the petitioner and forwarded the same to the Assistant Project Manager. The name of Uram Matrusri has been uploaded in web portal. Copy of the same is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, due to developments, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate authority. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
