The petitioner has filed the present petition with a prayer to issue directions to official respondents to get the detenues released from the alleged illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 8. 2. In compliance of the order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court, the alleged detenues namely Sobha Rao, Kamlesh, Staffy Rao, Grace, Thoma and Abenazer have been produced before this Court by the SHO Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Sunil Sharma Police Station City Kharar submits that in fact, the alleged detenues were not detained by any one and they had financial dispute with certain persons. He further contends that now, the alleged detenues have shifted to another place of their choice. 4.
