This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Directed the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) II Hapur to decide the Case No. 70 of 2020 (Smt. Pravesh Versus Surendra and others) within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From the perusal of petition it is apparent that earlier a petition bearing Matters Under Article 227 No. 2285 of 2024 (Virendra @ Kooka and another v. Smt. Pravesh and 2 others) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 14.03.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
