Issue a writ, direction or order including Writ of mandamus to Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider the application of the petitioner dtd. 02.08.2018 vide Annexure-D and 29.06.2021 vide Annexure-G, and 2. Direct the respondents Nos.2 to 5 not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner unit including closure/seizure and, 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application, which had been filed by the petitioner on 02.08.2018 at Annexure-D and 29.06.2021 at Annexure-G, have not been considered by the respondents. 4. Whenever any application is filed for grant of any permission, it is required for the respondents to consider the same and pass necessary orders either accepting or rejecting the same, within a reasonable period of time. Needless to say, if an order of rejection is passed, it should be accompanied by reasons. Neither having been done, I pass the following order: ORDER a) Writ petition is allowed. b) Mandamus is issued to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider the application of the petitioner at Annexures-D and G, within a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42215 WP No. 30436 of 2025 period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. c) The petitioner is restrained from using any machinery, which has been installed, until such permission is obtained.
