Keeping in view the nature of controversy as such and the fact that the interest of the State would be adversely affected, if the delay is not condoned, we allow the application for condonation of delay of 120 days’ in CMP(M) No.200 of 2025, 217 days’ in CMP(M) No.271 of 2025 and 70 days’ in CMP(M) No. 582 of 2025 in filing the appeal(s), in view of the averments made in the said applications respectively, which are duly supported by the affidavit of the official(s).
