Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the State has passed an order dated 22.07.2025 in pursuance of the order passed by this Court but the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order and has prayed that the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 22.07.2025 and to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 3.
