1. This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 01.03.2025 passed in CWP-5721-2025.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Mr. Man Mohan, Deputy Superintendent states that the order dated 01.03.2025 has since been complied with and that the costs of ₹50,000/- pursuant to the
order dated 01.03.2025 would also be paid within a period of 07 days from today.
3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition.
