The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for restraining the respondents from construction of Panchayat Raj Bhawan on the raiyati land of petitioner bearing Khata No.- 222, Survey Plot No. 611 (old) 317 (New), Area 1 Bigha 10 Katha situated at Village- Patna High Court CWJC No.11657 of 2025(6) dt.28-07-2026 2/3 Mahadeomath, Tola-Tegachha, Anchal Kusheshwar Sthan (East), P.S. - Kusheshwar Sthan, District - Darbhanga without acquisition of land and/or for direction to the respondents to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner for proposed construction of Panchayat Raj Bhawan on raiyati land of the petitioner And for grant of such other relief or relief(s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. The land details stand recorded in paragraph no.1 of the petitioner and need no repetition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land belongs to him on which the Panchayat Bhawan is being proposed/to be constructed. 5. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner failed to provide the document to support the case. However, if appropriate petition alongwith supporting document is/are preferred, the respondent Collector, Darbhanga shall look into the matter. 6. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is Patna High Court CWJC No.11657 of 2025(6) dt.28-07-2026 3/3 disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the Collector, Darbhanga in next four weeks. If such petition is filed alongwith supporting documents, after hearing the parties/perusing the record, the Collector, Darbhanga shall be passing a reasoned order in accordance with law at an earliest. vinayak/- (Rajiv Roy, J) U
