This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the Respondent No. 2/Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to demarcate the Plot No. 1817 measuring area 0.034 hectare situated at Village Aara Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur, according to Field Book submitted by lower revenue authority dated 23.06.2024 and in pursuance of Order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Respondent No. 2 in Case No. T202414360427 [Saroja Vs. Gaon Sabha] under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the Respondent No. 2/Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to decide the application of the Petitioner dated 05.06.2024;" It is contended that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed, but the same has not been complied. Ventilating her grievance, petitioner has already moved an application on 05.06.2024 which is pending consideration before respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed under Section 24 of Code, 2006 may be complied expeditiously. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, requiring the revenue authorities to conclude the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and demarcate the plot, if there is no legal impediment, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
