1. Heard Mr. A. K. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, in respect of PRC Case No.564/2023 arising out of Gauripur Police Station Case No.276/2017.

3. The petitioner has been charge-sheeted in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Panel Code by the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhubri, who issued summons to the present petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhubri heard the bail application, the petitioner might be remanded to custody.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is interested in facing the Trial.
6. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides.
7. Since the petitioner is interest in facing the Trial, she deserves to be given one opportunity to that effect.
8. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed.
9. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhubri within next 15 days in respect of PRC Case No.564/2023.
10. On appearance before that Court, the petitioner Amina Bibi @ Amena Bibi shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhubri.
11. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
