The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.24 dated 05.03.2025, registered under Sections 333, 303(2), 115(2), 324(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS 2023, at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka. 2. Reply dated 12.08.2025 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. Copy thereof, has been supplied to counsel opposite. 3. Vide order dated 07.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 08.08.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.
