The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R dated 17.06.2024 in Case Crime No. 0276 of 2024, under Sections- 366-A, 363 IPC, Police Station- Dhoomanganj, District- Prayagraj. Sri Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of informant-respondent no. 3 wherein it has been stated that the daughter of respondent no. 3 is major and has given birth to a child born from wedlock with petitioner no. 2. She has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. She does not wishes to proceed with the case. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary. Let the order be communicated to the S.S.P., Prayagraj by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
