The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24/01/2024 passed by this Court in WPC No.302 of 2024 wherein the respondent was directed to conclude the proceeding under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act within a period of 30 days. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also do not object to the above contention raised by learned counsel for the respondent. 4. Perusal of the order dated 21/10/2024 passed by the Collector shows that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Copy of the order dated 21/10/2024 is taken on record. 5. In view of this, no deliberate contempt is made out against the contemnor. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed and the contempt petition is disposed of.
