The respondent No.1 – MSRTC has also desposited the enhancned amount of compensation and the claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the same. However, there is deficit court fees and therefore, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation deposited by respondent No.1-MSRTC alongwith the accured interest thereon till date, subject to deposit of deficit court fees.
