Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. Issue an appropriate order or direction to call for the record and set aside the order dated 16.11.2022 (Annexure No.1) passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Basti in Original Suit No.20 of 2020 (Bechu and another Vs. Abbas and others) as well as order dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure No.2) passed by Additional District Judge-1, Court No.1, Basti in Civil Appeal No.42 of 2022 (Bechu and Another Vs. Abbas and others) and be further direct to the parties to maintain strict status quo over the suit property." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in a suit, an application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioners has been rejected by the trial court and the appeal filed by the petitioners has also been dismissed on the ground that a partition suit between the parties is pending in which an order of status quo has been passed by this Court in Writ C No.5987 of 2023 arising from the aforesaid partition suit. Since an interim order already exists in favor of the petitioners granted by this Court, there's no need for the civil court to issue another interim order to protect the parties' interests. 4.
