JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned Additional Government - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32313-DB WA No. 1902 of 2024 Advocate appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 and also the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant herein contends that he was the complainant before the Deputy Commissioner in the first instance and that he may also be heard before orders are passed as directed by the learned Single Judge. 3. Having considered the contentions advanced, we are of the opinion that the question with regard to nature of the land has to be considered by the Deputy Commissioner as directed by the learned Single Judge. The contentions, if any of the appellant herein may also be considered while passing orders, in accordance with law. Further it is directed that the documents, if any, produced by the appellant herein may also be considered by the Deputy Commissioner while passing orders. Copy of the documents, if any, to be produced by the appellant before - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32313-DB WA No. 1902 of 2024 the Deputy Commissioner shall be made available to respondent No.3 as well. 4.
