Learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 & 4 has placed instructions before the Court today, which are taken on record. Office is directed to register the same. The writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to pay the gratuity to the petitioner along with interest rate of 6% per annum on the arrears, who were denied gratuity at the time of his superannuation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Teacher in the year 2013. After superannuation, he had moved a representation requesting for payment of gratuity but nothing has been done till date. Mr. Kaushlesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 & 4, on the basis of instructions, submits that representation placed by the petitioner has already been decided on 14.07.2025. In view of above, nothing remains in this petition, accordingly, dismissed as rendered infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 14.07.2025.
