Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. The petitioner who is a complainant made complaint against the respondent No.5/Arvind Kumar Yadav Sitting Pradhan namely of Gram Panchayat Suhel District Chitrakoot before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Chitrakoot. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the aforesaid complaint, an Inquiry Committee was constituted by the respondent No.2 who submitted its report on 30.04.2024. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no further action has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent No.5 to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent No.5 feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 7. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Singh, Ashwani Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Bhupendra Nath And 6 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) disposed of directing the authorities to take a decision in the matter expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law. 8.
