Act, 2023, registered with Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun” and in paragraph No.6 “under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC” is inserted in place of “under Sections 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023”. 4. Correction Application (MCRC/2/ 2025) is allowed. 5.
