A case has been registered against the petitioner herein for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 19.12.2024, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to backside of LIC Building, Railway Quarters Road, Opp. Bheem Nagar, Allipuram, and found the accused in possession of 1.5 KGs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized ,mder cover of a mediators report. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.12.2024. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the rfe5f3JZ9 accused ls 1.5 Kgs, whlch ls not a commercial quantI'ty. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court ls l|nclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein on the following COnditI'OnS.
