Saha, Advocate. 28.05.2025 Order This present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “ a. Admit this petition. b. Call for the records from the custody of the Respondents. c. Issue Notice upon the Respondents. AND And after hearing the parties be pleased to direct the state respondents for providing pension w.e.f. 31/01/2023 along with interest to the petitioner as he was an employee as a Group-D post under the control of the respondents above 15 years as a regular employee. AND To pass any other order or orders as your Lordship may deem fit. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3. It is seen from the record that the petitioner has submitted notice dated 07.11.2024 though his engaged counsel before the Managing Director and the Deputy General Manager, Tripura State Electricity Corporation Ltd., agitating his grievance. However, till date, the grievance of the petitioner remains unattended. 4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the representation dated 07.11.2024, within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, in accordance with law and the same be communicated to the petitioner herein. 5. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
